I hear you in part because I was you. I worked so hard, for so long. Had success. Struggled a lot. Life was good. Took nice trips, lived in nice houses, all the rest. And there were a lot of highs and lows. A lot of grinding when I wasn’t always sure if I was getting anywhere. That was a long time ago.
I’ve got 40 years of serious experience in professional careers and entrepreneurial endeavors. As a partner in a global consulting firm. I later opened, ran, and we built to almost $1 billion, a trust company office. I was CFO and COO of an oil company. Those decades, combined with a master’s degree in psychology, are what makes my coaching work so powerful. And so unique.
